DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Delivery for stocked items is between 1-3 working days. Delivery and installation is free anywhere in Barbados for furniture items only (installation fees apply for appliances). All items must be paid in full prior to delivery by visiting our showroom. The client is fully responsible to ensure furniture and appliances will fit into their designated areas. Small accessory items are available for pick up and can be collected upon payment.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & WARRANTIES
Special order items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is evident. Kindly note that this excludes defects resulting from improper use, excessive wear, inadequate maintenance, voltage or electrical fluctuations or other defects not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect with any of our products, please contact us to arrange the repair or replacement of this product.
For stocked items; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund less a restocking fee under the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up date.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition as it left the store. Failing to do so would void the return or incur an additional fee at our discretion.
There are various warranties applicable on our products. For more details, please discuss with one of our sales representatives.
Order times vary on the product. Generally the lead times are:
- Commercial: 8 weeks
- Residential: 6-8 weeks
- Kitchens: 4 months
- Appliances: 10-12 weeks
A 60% deposit is required to place the order with the remaining balance being paid upon collection or delivery of the item. Deposits are non-refundable after 5 business days from the date of order. Prices quoted for non-stock items are based on current factory prices, foreign currency exchange rates, shipping and handling rates and import tax/tarrif rates. This is subject to change and can thereby effect the final price at time of order. Any changes to those rates after receipt of your deposit will be reflected in the final billing on delivery of your order.
Duty free customers are responsible for any port fees/charges and shipping line fees/charges that may be incurred due to delays in clearing their order under their duty free status.
